As with you, our time is important. Proper spa etiquette is to provide a 24 hour notice of cancellation for any appointments fewer than two hours and a 48 hour notice for appointments over two hours. Without proper notice you will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable, but the recipient may use the certificate towards any service of their choice.
